At Devokes, we are thrilled to offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. Once handed over to the shipping carrier, your order is considered dispatched and on its way to the address you provided.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The delivery time depends on your location and begins once the package has been dispatched.
Please note that unexpected delays, such as customs processing or high shipping volumes during holidays, may extend delivery times.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Ensuring accurate and complete shipping details at checkout is the customer’s responsibility. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delays or order cancellations.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to confirm the details. If we don’t hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at ddevokes@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this period.
Delayed Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at ddevokes@gmail.com. We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, as they typically require details to process lost or stolen package claims.
We will work with the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue and provide updates. While Devokes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
In some situations, filing a police report may be necessary for stolen packages.
